Louise Taggart (Chair)
Louise started volunteering with Richmond Good Neighbours in March 2020, taking on the role of Chair in October 2023.
Louise moved to the area in 2017 following several years in East London. She has spent time living abroad, including stints in Paris and Russia, and now works in geopolitical risk and cyber threat intelligence. A proud Teessider, Louise is a supporter of Middlesbrough FC and also spends time enjoying the green spaces around Richmond.
Russell Stuart (Treasurer)
Russell joined Richmond Good Neighbours as a volunteer in October 2016 and became a trustee in September 2020. He moved to Richmond in September 2016 after living in the US for 2 years.
Russell works in asset management, is married with a young family and is a big fan of anything sport or fitness related. He is involved with the Wellington Management UK Foundation which gives annual grants to charities around London, as well as being on the finance committee for The Passage, the UK’s largest homeless shelter.
Janet Bradford
Janet started volunteering with Richmond Good Neighbours in 2019, previously she organised and ran the allotment scheme for Age UK in Richmond. Having had a successful career in the Spa and Leisure industry, running health clubs in Los Angeles and the UK, she later ran a bespoke recruitment agency for that sector till her retirement in 2021. Janet loves to travel and like so many who live in the borough, enjoys walks along the river or in the park with her cockapoo Pretzel.
Matt Lund
Matt has held a variety of senior management positions in the IT sector and worked in both Germany and the USA. Since 2008 he has worked for the local NHS in communications, quality and organisational development roles across south west London.
In 2016, Matt took a sabbatical and travelled extensively through Australia, New Zealand and south east Asia.
He moved to Richmond in 2002 and has been a volunteer and trustee for Richmond Good Neighbours since 2012.
Sheelagh O'Neill
Sheelagh grew up in Dublin and lived in Australia, but settled in Richmond many years ago, and brought her family up here.
Volunteering for RGN since 2020, together with the caring needs of a family member have given her some insight into the lives of elderly people in the community.
She has been involved in the Charity and Arts sectors for many years as a Trustee, and holds the Diploma in Corporate Governance from the Institute of Directors.
She is an impact investor with an interest in environmental and agriculture projects.
A keen dog walker and fair-weather cyclist, she loves travelling.
Richard Seaborne
Richard grew up in the West Midlands before studying Earth Sciences at Manchester University. He then spent 35 years working in technical and management roles in the Oil industry. Nearly half of his career was spent living and working overseas, with the balance spent in Surrey. He retired in 2014 and then served two terms as a borough councillor on Waverley Council where he was vice chair of the Audit committee and chair of the Housing O&S Committee. He moved to Richmond in 2023 to be closer to his family and is keen to use his skills in supporting and developing Richmond Good Neighbours, with which he has also enrolled as a volunteer.
Susan Stewart
Susan has lived and worked in multilingual education in South Africa, Belgium, Sweden, UAE, Oman and Thailand, before moving to the UK thirteen years ago. Susan started volunteering for Richmond Good Neighbours in April 2023, after moving to the area. Previously, she was a volunteer in the visually impaired community in Surrey. A mother of two incredible adult children, Susan enjoys a mix of work, walking in nature, piano playing and clothes-making.
Jennie Vian
Jennie has been a volunteer with Richmond Good Neighbours since 2019 and became a Trustee in 2022. Originally from Los Angeles, she moved to London in 2010 to pursue her Master's Degree in History from King's College London. Since working in the financial sector, Jennie took time off to raise her young family alongside her husband. You can often find Jennie in Richmond Park with her faithful companion, her Scottie dog, Dill Pickle.

Anne Speak (Organiser)
Anne joined Richmond Good Neighbours in May 2018 as the organiser.
She has a background in high street retailing, which included a period working in Hong Kong. On returning to the UK she started an online business which she ran for 14 years.
Anne has lived in Richmond since 1987 with her husband and three sons where she has been involved in a range of local voluntary activities. Anne enjoys walking her spaniel in Richmond Park, cooking, reading and travelling.
Fay Davidson (Administrative Assistant)
Fay has lived in the Richmond area for 17 years, raising 4 children along the way and is now based in St Margaret’s. Fay came into contact with Richmond Good Neighbours after her youngest attended nursery at the ETNA centre.
In her spare time Fay enjoys cooking and running along the towpath with her Border Terrier named Maggie. Fay is taking part in half marathons as much as she can and hopes to do a full marathon one day.
